Our warranty includes a 20-year limited warranty for Fibrex® material and glass, a 10-year limited warranty for the frame, sash, and locking mechanisms and a two-year limited warranty on installation.
Our Fibrex windows are guaranteed not to flake, rot, rust, blister, crack, peel, corrode or and pit under normal use for 10 years from the date of installation. The glass is guaranteed to not have defects in manufacturing, materials or workmanship. Finally, our insulated glass is guaranteed not to experience problems that could disrupt the view or cause leaks in the organic seal under normal conditions.
