It includes 20 years of coverage on glass and Fibrex® material, two years on installation, and 10 years on hardware. How to Use Your Warranty
To make a warranty claim, contact the nearest Renewal by Andersen showroom or our Warranty Service Line at 800-441-1109. You may also visit our website at renewalbyandersen.com for more information. Our team will contact you to investigate your claim and work out an appropriate action within two weeks after you contact us. The warranty service may be done by Renewal by Andersen and/or an authorized service provider.
Taking note of essential information can help speed up the warranty claim process. Write down the serial number of the affected product/s, which you can find on a label attached to the top or side of the window frame. You will need to provide us with a detailed description of the problems the product is experiencing. If available, please do provide documentation of the purchase date. Our team will also ask for your complete name, the address where the product is installed, and your contact details.
