Our frame and sashes are made of Fibrex®, a composite of wood fiber and thermoplastic polymer. Fibrex® is twice as strong as vinyl and can retain stability and rigidity under any climate. It will not flake, rust, crack, pit, corrode, or rot under normal use. That’s why we are confident to place it under a limited warranty for ten years from the original installation date. Now, if the frame or sash is also defective, we will repair or replace damaged parts.
