Comprehensive Warranties for our Customers’ Peace of Mind

The benefits of getting replacement windows do not stop on the installation date. When you work with Renewal by Andersen® of Portland, our comprehensive warranties will give you peace of mind for a long time. Product and performance warranties help you save money in case anything happens to your windows. Here is what we cover:

Two-Year Limited Warranty on Installation
Unlike other window contractors, we cover any installation defects for two years since the date of installation. If your Portland, OR replacement windows fail to perform according to our specifications, we will bring the workmanship up to our professional standards at no cost. This coverage does not include labor or services conducted by other window contractors after the installation date.

Ten-Year Limited Warranty on Non-Glass Components
For 10 years after the original installation date, we cover non-glass components and non-Fibrex® materials. With Fibrex, you do not have to worry about flakes, blisters, cracks, or rot. The non-glass materials that we cover include, but are not limited to, balance systems, hinges, handles, locks, lifts, weatherstripping, and insect screens. Upon inspection, we will decide whether to repair or replace the damaged unit.

Twenty-Year Limited Warranty on Glass
We cover our insulating glass for 20 years from the original installation date. We warrant it not to develop any vision obstruction because of glass or organic seal failure. We will inspect your damaged windows and assess if you need repairs or replacement. Keep in mind that we do not cover slight glass curvature or minor scratches.
