Superior Window Performance, Part 2: Warranty Coverage

In our previous installment, we talked about the crucial role that proper installation plays in the performance of your window replacement. However, our guarantee doesn’t stop after project completion; this is where our Limited Warranty comes in.

In this concluding installment, we discuss our warranty coverage in detail.

High-Performance™ Low-E4® Glass

Our High-Performance Low-E4 glass design provides unmatched energy efficiency. The dual-pane design reduces thermal transfer, a common problem with traditional single panel window glass, by minimizing contact between sides. The reduced thermal transfer results in less heat loss during winter and less heat gain during summer.

Our Limited Warranty includes a 20-year coverage from the original installation date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that may obscure the view or problems that may arise from premature glass or seal failure. We will conduct the necessary repairs or replacement at no extra cost.

Installation

As covered in the previous installment, installation is a critical part of our replacement windows’ performance. This is why our Limited Warranty includes a two-year coverage on the workmanship—more than enough time for installation-related problems to show themselves. As with our glass warranty, any problems that arise from improper installation will be repaired in accordance with our professional standards at no extra cost.

Fibrex® Material Frames, Sash, and Hardware

Our exclusive Fibrex® material, a composite made from bonded wood fibers and polymer, is what we use in our window frames. Fibrex combines the strength and stability of wood and the low-maintenance features of vinyl. Furthermore, it’s warranted, as per our Limited Warranty, not to flake, rust, blister, peel, crack, pit, corrode, or rot for 10 years under normal use. The same coverage applies to other non-glass and non-Fibrex materials, including hardware, insect screens, and weatherstripping.

Our Limited Warranty helps us keep our promise of providing replacement windows with superior performance that will last for many years.
